I hope you won't feel offended by my comment -
I absolutely dig your style of work - what I see is accomplished concept artist. You should start looking for job at gaming studios around - I'm pretty sure that someone will accept you. Deviant Art link is cool, but you have to make your own website - and to post a downloadable pdf file with your "previous experiences" - or something like a CV, or bio. Include commission pieces you've done.
Mention how eager and passionate are you in all the things you do. That's what people like to hear.
Make some research among the agencies - ask friends about the payment and conditions if you have any friends - post your folio and details on several agencies - you never know. Don't over or under estimate your skills - when speaking about salary. If you're fresh starter - show the bosses in studios your eager to work - don't show how much more smart or marvelous you are on the middle guys - project managers/team leaders might be dumb as tools, but you don't have to show them that on first sight. You will get job sooner or later.
Also last but not least - post something here in this forum - you look for some job - you never know. Maybe some of the bosses around might be looking for a guy like you, or some other guys are scouting for fresh talents - you never know...
